Lola’s got some great summertime escapes planned that call for a few new luxe swimsuits & cover ups. After all, you cannot be a poshaholic travelista and be seen in the same thing all over the globe! Not that every last detail is firmed up but, besides returning to Miami next week, I will also be heading to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in June. Crossing my fingers for Mykonos, Greece in July. CABO SAN LUCAS
When I head to Cabo I’ll be staying at the beautiful Bahia Hotel & Beach Club. Not only will I be poolside but most definitely will be spending time at their beach club as well as the legendary Nikki Beach, which is next door. So, what does one wear for lots of beach-filled days in Mexico? These are two styles I’m debating by L*SPACE & Mar de Rosas along with a hot embellished cover up! Viva la Mexico!
MYKONOS
I’m going to Italy in early July and hope to extend and go over to Greece to visit Mykonos. Why? Well, even though I’ve been to Greece it just wasn’t enough time and I really NEED to check Mykonos out. One of my favorite hotel brands, Grace Hotels, has a gorgeous property on Mykonos. Not only do I want spend time at the pool and on the beach but I also think I might need some relaxation time in their boutique spa. So, naturally, I need swimwear suitable for all of these things. What do you think of these options of Sabz Luxury or Aguaclara? They shout out goddess to me – perfect for Greece!
VEGAS
Can you believe Lola has yet to experience the pool party fun of Vegas? Yeah, me either. Well, my number one go-to source, Vegas Chatter tells me the BEST place for a sophisticated (read non-cheesy) pool party is Azure over at The Palazzo. I’ve actually stayed at The Palazzo and definitely agree that it’s a classy joint. So why not give it a go?! For some reason, Vegas always conjures up shiny, sparkly, metallic images in my mind. I think these bikini numbers and sexy coverup by Vitamin A fit the bill quite nicely, NO?!
Which one(s) will I choose? I think it’s going to be a tough decision with so many choices AND I haven’t even stepped into the store! Went back and checked out the suits….so hard to pick just one! Afterall, a girl needs a couple for a week in the sun! Love the Badgley Mischka one piece for starters…and a handful of gorgeous colour in the bikinis …. I can see how 1 suit easily turns into 3!

I love my children but my stretch marks not so much- so with a 1 piece I will go. In dire need of a new suit too after losing about 10 lbs from last summer thanks to the expat diet:) Would love to wear the Seafolly- Goddess Indigo in Corsica late this summer. That’s the plan anyhow.

There are SO many gorgeous swimsuits that The Orchid Boutique has to offer! I’m in love with Vix’s Dakar Red Swimsuit! Perfect for my dream vaca to Bora Bora with my hubby ;). I think it would pair gorgeously with Vitamin A’s Talitha Tunic. I have also had my eye on Vitamin A’s Bel Air Saffron bikini. Love, love, love the color! I would definitely wear it to Vegas. It’s fun, flirty and the ruched bottoms are adorable. After lounging by (and in) the pool I’d throw on their Dunes Gold Romper and hit the strip!

I’m obsessed with bathing suits! There are so many to chose from. I think I’d have to go with Maaji Peaches and Wolves (swoooon) OR Maaji Teacup Cabana (hot) OR Maaji Ladies and Gentlecats OR Beach Bunny – Girl’s with Guitars (would be so good for Vegas). Okay, I’ve spent way too much time shopping now. I’ll take any of those mentioned for my bachelorette party in the Florida Keys 🙂

I cannot possibly pick one – these are all gorgeous! Okay, I love Peaches & Wolves because it’s SO different than anything else I own – love the top. Also, Teacup Cabana and Minnie Citrus and Hunter Sea Estella…I could go on and on and on. I guess for now, I’ll be wearing them on my trip to California, but there are so many places that are in the works, that I’ll be sure to bring them along for them as well, as soon as I figure out where I’ll be going 😉

Decisions decisions! I’m in love with anything fringe and L Space!!! I’d have to go with the watermelon audrey top for sure and those so cute black neo bottoms. LOVE the colour and LOVE the cut and LOVE the fringe 🙂 I’d wear that on the magnificent beaches of North Shore Oahu..specifically Waimea Bay 🙂 Heading to Iceland on Sunday…would have also looked fabulous in the Blue Lagoon!! I’m stuck for choice there are too many beautiful costumes I’d pick them all if I could ;)! But I’ve decided to go for the “Marocco Monokini” perfect for the stunning beaches of Mozambique, my favourite place to travel to, I’m sticking with the African theme 🙂 i love it too much!

I love almost all of the bikinis Orchid Boutique has to offer but I think my favorite off the adorable pinterest board is the Mar de Rosas Indian Queen bikini! It is so unique and fun for summer! My ideal location would be that beautiful picture of Bora Bora on your pinterest, but I would wear my suit to my exciting trip to Riviera Maya this summer!

I adore the Maaji Ladies and Gentlecat’s top and Vitamin A Silver Topanga bottoms, not only together, but they are so perfect to match to other pieces I have. I’d definitely wear this to my hopeful trip to Anguilla later this summer. I’m also in love with the L*Space Stardust City monokini — so Vegas pool party. Too many good choices to decide.
Their are a lot of good choices but I have to say you have them narrowed down pretty well! I’m all about the Ladies and Gentlecats and Topanga mix – that bottom really does go with everything!
