what’s the deal with planking?
i literally asked Google this question when suddenly planking became a trend in the travel space this week. i might be a little behind on this one but it’s definitely an interesting fad.
Planking (according to wikipedia) may refer to:
- Plank (exercise), an exercise involving holding a position
- Planking (fad), lying face down with arms to the sides in unusual public spaces
- a type flooring, made from planks
- a wood plank surface (such as a floor, or wall, or roof)
